يُحتفل هذا العام تحت شعار: «شخصيتي، والتغيير الذي أقوده: الفتيات في الصفوف الأمامية للأزمات». في سوريا، ما تزال فتيات كثيرات يواجهن تحديات صعبة مثل الزواج المبكر، والانقطاع عن التعليم، ومخاطر العنف والنزوح. ومع ذلك، فهنّ لسن مجرد متلقيات للمساعدة؛ بل فاعلات قادرات على ابتكار الحلول وقيادة التغيير في مجتمعاتهن. نؤمن بأن لكل طفلة حقاً أصيلاً في الأمان والتعليم والصحة والمشاركة. ومن واجبنا أن نحميهن من الاستغلال والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، وأن نهيّئ لهن فرص التعلم واكتساب المهارات والتمكين، كي يرفعن أصواتهن ويساهمن في بناء السلام والتنمية. فلنقف اليوم—وكل يوم—مع الفتيات: لنحمي طفولتهن، وندعم طموحاتهن، ونمكّنهن من رسم مستقبلٍ أكثر إشراقاً. دعم الفتيات وتمكينهن هو الطريق نحو مجتمع أكثر عدلاً وأماناً. مؤسسة سلام للأمل

International Day of the Girl Child 
This year’s celebration is under the theme: “My Voice, Our Equal Future: Girls at the Forefront of Crisis.”
In Syria, many girls still face severe challenges such as early marriage, dropping out of school, and risks of violence and displacement. Yet, they are not merely recipients of aid; they are active agents capable of innovating solutions and leading change in their communities.
We believe that every girl has an inherent right to safety, education, health, and participation. It is our duty to protect them from exploitation and gender-based violence, and to provide them with opportunities for learning, skill-building, and empowerment, so they can raise their voices and contribute to peacebuilding and development.
Let us stand today—and every day—with girls: to protect their childhood, support their ambitions, and empower them to shape a brighter future.
Supporting and empowering girls is the path toward a more just and secure society.
