World Mental Health Day

On World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that mental well-being is not a luxury but a fundamental human right, as essential as safety, food, and education.
After years of war and economic hardship, many Syrians continue to experience deep psychological impacts caused by trauma, loss, and displacement, while striving to adapt and move forward despite their inner struggles.
Talking about our emotions and seeking help is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of courage.
Let’s take simple steps: by listening, showing understanding, and breaking the silence around psychological pain, because mental health support is a right—and a foundation for a dignified life.
