Salam For Hope was founded by local volunteers and established in 2015 under the name Peace and Civil Society Center. Our organization evolved and re-branded to the Salam Organization in early 2023, culminating in our official licensing as the Salam For Hope Foundation in Damascus at the beginning of 2025.
We are proud to be a local, independent, non-profit humanitarian organization. Our purpose is clear: to stand alongside communities in Syria, supporting them through essential development and relief projects, all while adhering strictly to core humanitarian principles. We are driven by a family-like environment built on cooperation, innovation, and an unwavering spirit of volunteerism.
