“معاً من أجل المريديان: تمكين الشباب لبناء السلام وتعزيز التلاحم الاجتماعي”
أطلقت مؤسسة #سلام_للأمل رسمياً مشروع “معاً من أجل المريديان” في إطار التزامها ببناء مجتمع مستقر وتعزيز التلاحم الاجتماعي. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تمكين الشباب وتطوير قدراتهم القيادية، ليكونوا رواداً للتغيير الإيجابي في مجتمعاتهم.
ويتميز هذا المشروع بمنهجيته التي تركز على المجتمع، حيث يشارك السكان بشكل فعال في تحديد احتياجاتهم وصياغة برامج العمل المناسبة التي تعزز الثقة والتآزر.
شملت فعاليات إطلاق المشروع سلسلة من اللقاءات المجتمعية في المريديان، بهدف التعريف بالمبادرة ودعوة الشباب للمشاركة في اللجنة التطوعية. وبعد عملية اختيار شفافة، تم اختيار اثني عشر شاباً وشابة (ستة من كل جنس) ليشكلوا النواة الأساسية للمبادرات المجتمعية.
شارك أعضاء اللجنة في جلسة تعريفية، تلاها برنامج تدريبي متخصص في بناء السلام مع مراعاة النوع الاجتماعي. شمل هذا البرنامج مواضيع مثل تحليل النزاعات، والتواصل الفعال، والعمل الجماعي، وتعزيز التلاحم الاجتماعي، وبناء الثقة بالنفس.
من خلال هذه الجهود، يسعى مشروع “معاً من أجل المرديان” إلى تحقيق هدفه المتمثل في تمكين الشباب ليصبحوا رواداً في بناء السلام في مجتمعهم.
Foundation has officially initiated the “Together for Al-Meridiyan” project as part of its commitment to fostering stability and promoting social cohesion. This initiative aims to empower young people and enhance their leadership capabilities, enabling them to serve as catalysts for positive transformation within their communities.
This project is distinguished by its community-centered methodology, which actively involves residents in identifying their needs and shaping targeted interventions that promote trust and cohesion.
The project startup included a series of community meetings in Al-Meridiyan designed to introduce the initiative and invite youth to participate in the volunteer committee. Following a transparent selection process, twelve young individuals (six males and six females) were chosen to constitute the core group of community-led initiatives.
Committee members engaged in an orientation session, which was followed by specialized training on gender-responsive peacebuilding. This training encompassed elements such as conflict analysis, effective communication, teamwork, the reinforcement of social cohesion, and the development of self-confidence.
Through these efforts, the “Together for Al-Meridiyan” project is advancing its objective of empowering youth as proactive peacebuilders within their community.
