ترغب منظمة السلام  بدعوة الموردين لتقديم عروض أسعار بالظرف المختوم لتوريد وتوصيل سلات الكرامة /1500/ سلة للنساء والفتيات ضمن مراكز تجمع النازحين في مدينة الحسكة ومناطقها وفقاً للبنود و المواصفات الفنية المحددة لكل سلة وفق الملحق رقم/١/ + والشروط المرجعية في الملحق رقم/3/ .

موعد استلام طلبات التقديم يومياً: اعتباراً من يوم الخميس الموافق 20– شباط –2025   ولغاية يوم الأربعاء الموافق 05- آذار –2025     الساعة /4.00/ مساءً بتوقيت سوريا.

طريقة التقديم:

1. تحميل المرفقات الموجودة ضمن الرابط وطباعتها وتعبئتها مع التوقيع والختم
2. اتباع التعليمات المذكورة في دعوة المناقصة ضمن الصفحة 2+3
3. تقديم عينة لجميع المواد المطلوبة وفقاً لما هو مذكور في (ملحق رقم -1)و(الملحق رقم3 – )
4. تسلم العروض بالظرف المختوم مع العينات ووفقا للطريقة المذكورة أعلاه إلى مكتب منظمة السلام الكائن في سوريا – الحسكة – تل حجر- شارع الكنيسة الأشورية – مقابل حلويات لوند

      المعايير المرجحة:

سيتم اختيار أفضل عرض وفقاً لمعايير التقييم التالية:

   1  – تقييم أهلية – تقديم الوثائق المطلوبة في دعوة العطاء وهي الزامية: (صورة هوية أو جوازسفر+سجل تجاري غير منتهي+الملحق رقم/3/ الشروط المرجعية معبأوموقع ومختوم)

• تقييم فني /قدرات :     

    أ-  فني : ((جودة عينات المواد المقدمة )) %40

   ب- زمن: ((زمن التوريد التنافسي ))  %10

   ج- خبرة سابقة((عقود توريد مواد مماثلة)) %10

   د- الضمان (( تعبئة وتوقيع وختم التعهد -ملحق رقم/4/ )) 10%

• تقييم مالي : ((السعر التنافسي )) %30

 Al-Salam Organization wishes to invite suppliers to submit quotations in the sealed envelope for the supply and delivery of Karama baskets / 1500 / baskets for women and girls within the gathering centers of the displaced in the city of Al-Hasakah and its areas in accordance with the terms and technical specifications  specified for each basket in accordance with Annex No. / 1 / + and the terms of reference in Annex No. / 3 / 

The date of receiving applications daily: from  Thursday   , February 20, 2025 until Wednesday, March 05, 2025 at 4.00 pm Syrian time

How to apply:

Download the attachments within the link, print them and fill them with signature and stamp

Follow the instructions in the tender invitation on page 2+3

Provide a sample of all required materials according to what is mentioned in (Appendix No. -1) and (Appendix No. 3 -)

The offers shall be delivered in the sealed envelopewith the samples and according to the above method to the office of the Peace Organization located in Syria – Al-Hasakah – Tal Hajar – Assyrian Church Street – opposite Lund sweets

                  Evaluation criteria:

                      – The best bid will be selected according to the following evaluation criteria:

 Eligibility assessment : submit the documents required in the tender invitation, which are mandatory: (ID copy or passport + unexpired commercial register + Appendix No. / 3 / terms of reference filled, signed and stamped)

Technical Evaluation  / Capabilities:

Technician: ((Quality of Submitted Material Samples)) 4

 Time: ((Competitive Supply Time)) 10%

Previous experience ((contracts for the supply of similar materials)) 10%

Guarantee ((filling, signing and stamping the pledge – Appendix No. / 4 / )) 10%
